Getty Realty (NYSE: GTY) reported Q3 FFO of $0.45, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $24 million.

GUIDANCE:

Getty Realty sees FY2016 FFO of $1.55-$1.60, versus prior guidance of $1.50-$1.55.
