Pinnacle West Capital (NYSE: PNW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.655 per share, or $2.62 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.625.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 28, 2016.
