RPM International (RPM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.30; 2.4% Yield

RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.275.

The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on October 17, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of October 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
