Aqua America (NYSE: WTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1913 per share, or $0.7652 annualized. This is a 7.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.178.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
