Columbia Pipeline Partners (NYSE: CPPL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1975 per share, or $0.79 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1875.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2016.
