Chesapeake Lodging Trust (CHSP) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c; Trims FY16 Outlook

Chesapeake Lodging Trust (NYSE: CHSP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.44, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $169.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.2 million.

Adjusted FFO was $0.75 per share, from $0.68 per share posted in the same period last year.

GUIDANCE:

Chesapeake Lodging Trust sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.40-$0.44, versus the consensus of $0.51.

Chesapeake Lodging Trust sees FY2016 EPS of $1.18-$1.27, versus prior guidance of $1.26-$1.36 and the consensus of $1.40.
