Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Tops Q2 FFO by 4c; Boosts FY16 FFO Outlook

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q2 FFO of $1.42, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $514.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $508.62 million.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $5.65-$5.75, versus prior guidance of $5.55-$5.65 and the consensus of $5.58.
