Kona Grill (KONA) Misses Q2 EPS by 3c; Trims FY16 Sales Outlook

Kona Grill (NASDAQ: KONA) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.08), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $43.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $45.41 million.

Same-store sales increased 2.5% lapping a 1.0% gain from the prior year and marking growth in 23 of the last 24 quarters.

GUIDANCE:

Kona Grill sees FY2016 revenue of $176.0 million, versus the consensus of $178.0 million.
