Sprague Resources (NYSE: SRLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5475 per share, or $2.19 annualized. This is a 2.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5325.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 4, 2016.
