Penske Automotive Group (PAG) Hikes Qtr. Dividend to 27c/Share; Yields 3.1%

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. The dividend is an increase from the current rate at $.27.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
