ZixCorp (ZIXI) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS

ZixCorp (NASDAQ: ZIXI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $14.7 million.

“The team is pleased with the record financial performance in the second quarter as it represents early validation of the work we are doing to execute on our growth strategy,” said David Wagner, ZixCorp’s Chief Executive Officer. “The increasing adoption of Zix’s solutions by enterprise accounts demonstrates the importance of best of breed email encryption to address today’s increasing information security threats.”

ZixCorp sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.06, versus the consensus of $0.06. ZixCorp sees Q3 2016 revenue of $15-15.1 million, versus the consensus of $15.2 million.

ZixCorp sees FY2016 EPS of $0.24, versus the consensus of $0.24. ZixCorp sees FY2016 revenue of $59.6-60.2 million, versus the consensus of $59.8 million.
