CEB (CEB) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c, Offers Guidance

CEB (NYSE: CEB) reported Q2 EPS of $0.97, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $242.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $244.37 million.

GUIDANCE:

CEB sees FY 2016 EPS of $3.95-$4.15, versus the consensus of $4.07. CEB sees Q3 2016 revenue of $957-982 million, versus the consensus of $975.76 million.

• For the third quarter of 2016, the Company expects Revenue of at least $230 million, Adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 24.5%, and Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share of at least $0.85.
