Cedar Realty Trust (CDR) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

Cedar Realty Trust (NYSE: CDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.

The Company also announced that the Board has approved payment of a cash dividend of $0.453125 per share on the Company's 7 ¼% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock payable on August 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2016.
