Hoegh LNG Partners (NYSE: HMLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share, or $1.65 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.9 percent.
