E-mailAmeriserv Financial (NASDAQ: ASRV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share, or $0.06 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.
The dividend will be payable on August 22, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 4, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
