Rice Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: RMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2235 per share, or $0.894 annualized. This is a 6.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on August 11, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
