South State Corp. (NASDAQ: SSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.
The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
