Two River Bancorp (NASDAQ: TRCB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.035.

The dividend will be payable on August 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
