Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.095 per share, or $0.38 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0925.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 11, 2016.
