UPDATE: Ecology & Environment (EEI) Trims Semi-Annual Dividend to 20c/Share; Yields 7.3%

Ecology & Environment (NASDAQ: EEI) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. The dividend is down from a previous rate at $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on August 11, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 28, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 26, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
