Ryder System (NYSE: R) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 7.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on September 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
