Education Realty Trust (EDR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.7% to $0.38; 3.3% Yield

Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 2.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
