Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.58.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.3 percent.
