Saratoga Investment (SAR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.9% to $0.43; 9.9% Yield

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, or $1.72 annualized. This is a 4.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.41.

The dividend will be payable on August 9, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.9 percent.
