Costamare (NYSE: CMRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 16.7 percent.
