Wingstop (NASDAQ: WING) declared a special dividend of $2.90 per share.
The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 8, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 10.7 percent.
