Waterstone Financial (NASDAQ: WSBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 60% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on August 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 8, 2016.
