8point3 Energy Partners (NASDAQ: CAFD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2325 per share, or $0.93 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2246.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 30, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
