W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.9800 per share, or $3.92 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.975.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.
