Oracle (ORCL) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c; Boosts SaaS, PaaS Revenue Growth Outlook

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.81, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.47 billion.

Revenues were $8.4 billion, flat in U.S. dollars and up 2% in constant currency. Cloud software as a service (SaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) revenues were $690 million, up 66% in U.S. dollars and up 68% in constant currency. Total Cloud revenues, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), were $859 million, up 49% in U.S. dollars and up 51% in constant currency.

Guidance:

The company boosts its Q1 SaaS and PaaS revenue growth outlook, which is now expected to be between 75% and 80%.
