Umpqua (UMPQ) Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend; 4.2% Yield

Umpqua (NASDAQ: UMPQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
