KMG Chemicals (KMG) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c

KMG Chemicals (NYSE: KMG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.41, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $75 million.

GUIDANCE:

KMG Chemicals sees FY2016 revenue of $300 million, versus the consensus of $297.90 million.

• Based on our strong third quarter results and our expectation for continued year-over-year EBITDA growth in both our Electronic Chemicals and Other Chemicals segments in the fourth quarter, we forecast adjusted EBITDA will be at the upper end of our prior guidance range of $43-45 million.
