Universal Health Realty (UHT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.8% to $0.65; 4.6% Yield

Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.645.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 20, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 16, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
