Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE: PNY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 24, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 22, 2016.
