Jefferies Starts Oncobiologics, Ltd. (ONSIU) at Buy

Jefferies initiates coverage on Oncobiologics, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ONSIU) with a Buy rating and a price target of $7.00.

Analyst Biren Amin commented, "We view Oncobiologics as a platform story with a pipeline of large opportunity biosimilars. Currently, ONS-3010 a biosimilar of Humira, and ONS-1045 a biosimilar of Avastin are PIII ready. The main focus is the development of ONS-3010 which is expected to initiate a PIII in 3Q16 with data in 1H17. ONS-1045 will be partnered with OUS to fund its development. We expect Oncobiologics to achieve ~$330M in U.S. sales by 2025 from sales of ONS-3010 and ONS-1045."
