Advanced Drainage Systems (WMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.06; 1% Yield

Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
