StoneCastle Financial (NASDAQ: BANX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized. This is a 5.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.
The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 20, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 16, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
