Eagle Point Credit (ECC) Declares $0.60 Quarterly Dividend; 14.7% Yield

Eagle Point Credit (NYSE: ECC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.7 percent.
