Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $571.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $550.79 million.

GUIDANCE:

Donaldson sees FY2016 EPS of $1.53-$1.59, versus the consensus of $1.51.
