Mack-Cali Realty (NYSE: CLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2016.
