Quanex (NX) Tops Q2 EPS by 1c, Updates FY Guidance

Quanex (NYSE: NX) reported Q2 EPS of $0.10, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $229.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $228.86 million.

GUIDANCE:

Quanex sees FY2016 EPS of $0.78-$0.87, versus the consensus of $0.83. Quanex sees FY2016 revenue of $965-975 million, versus the consensus of $973.12 million.
