Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, or $0.7 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2016.
