Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.7 percent.
