Kilroy Realty (KRC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.375; 2.5% Yield

Kilroy Realty (NYSE: KRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
