Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share, or $2.76 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.67.

The dividend will be payable on July 21, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
