National General (NASDAQ: NGHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.
