American Software (AMSWA) Lifts Qtr. Dividend 10% to 11c/Share; Yields 5%

American Software (NASDAQ: AMSWA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. The dividend is a 10 percent hike from the current rate of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
