National Bankshares (NASDAQ: NKSH) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.55 per share, or $1.1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
