Columbia Pipeline Group (NYSE: CPGX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13875 per share, or $0.555 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13375.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 27, 2016.
