NorthStar Realty Europe (NRE) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 5.1% Yield

NorthStar Realty Europe (NYSE: NRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
